Important Notes:
• Peak manpower required: 21 workers on Days 3–5 and 8–11.
• HCB Blocks (2,332 pcs) and Concrete Tiles (893 m²) must be procured immediately.
• Daily progress must be updated on SOMA Consult platform with photos.
• This is an aggressive recovery plan to complete all remaining works by May 16, 2026.
