Key Notes for Execution:
• Peak manpower required is 21 workers on Days 3–5 and 8–11.
• HCB Blocks and Concrete Tiles must be delivered on site by May 2, 2026.
• Daily progress must be recorded with photos on SOMA Consult platform.
• This plan is designed to complete all remaining works by May 16, 2026.
